Ukraine offers humanitarian corridor for Russian civilians trapped in seized border areas

Ukraine says it is ready to open a humanitarian corridor to help Russian civilians return home from territory seized in its August offensive–if Moscow requests one. Kyiv accuses Russia of ignoring its own citizens, while the Kremlin remains silent on the offer.
